What is it?
The Way of the Lost Boy is a Monk subclass that fights by dragging the battlefield into Neverland’s crooked logic. These monks slip through other creatures, postpone the consequences of wounds, and inflict the new Lost condition, progressively unraveling an enemy’s sense of place, allegiance, and even self. At high levels, Pan’s Shadow brings Neverland directly onto the battlefield, trapping enemies in a space where becoming Lost is easy and finding yourself again is much harder.
Why play it?
Play the Way of the Lost Boy if you want a Monk built around mobility, misdirection, and turning enemy certainty against them. Pull a dangerous creature into Shadow’s Game, make it struggle to attack anyone but you, pass straight through enemies to damage them and deepen their Lost condition, and use Borrowed Tomorrow to decide that a wound simply does not matter yet. The subclass rewards staying mobile and repeatedly pressuring the same targets until a simple moment of confusion becomes something much stranger.
