In the distant past a planet-sized alien ship passed through our solar system bringing widespread devastation to Earth. As humanity struggles to rebuild, it must contend with powerful tyrants who wield the power of forgotten super science and the mysterious ways of magic.

You are an adventurer on N.E.O. Earth! Gather your allies, be they strange mutants, aspiring mages, healers of mind and body or empowered by forbidden elixirs of the ancients. Will you and your friends persevere against the despots of a broken world? Will you seek out ancient and powerful fantastic loot in the ruins of the old world? What tomorrow will you help the people of this ruined world build? In N.E.O. Earth you and your friends will help shape the future, or die trying!

N.E.O. Earth is a post-apocalypse science fantasy roleplaying game where you and your friends will explore a strange land with even stranger characters, all while making an impact on the world and its future.

N.E.O. Earth takes inspiration from the many other fantastic RPGs that are geared towards quick rule resolutions. When you need to see if your character pulls off a risky action, just roll equal to or under their relevant attribute! Combat is quick while still providing tactical choices.

N.E.O. Earth provides a framework setting for the ruined future but invites both players and GMs to help build their version of N.E.O. Earth, ensuring your group tells the kind of stories they want through play and hijinks.

  • Blast From The Past – Inspired by 90’s RPGs and 80’s cartoons, N.E.O. Earth is a tongue-in-cheek world of adventure and danger! 
  • Pick Your Weirdo – N.E.O. Earth offers 12 character classes. Delve into magic with the Mage class or perhaps embrace what you were born with as a Mutant or Robot. Were you called on by an otherworldly entity to take on the responsibility of a Galactic Knight? Or perhaps you prefer the underhanded methods of a thief! Further customize your character with a quirk and feats!
  • Customize That Weirdo – Customize your character with a starting quirk, strange abilities outside the norm such as understanding rats or summoning magic bubbles! It doesn’t stop there, with over 25 feats to further customize characters as they level.
  • Spells And More –  Arcane Spells, Functions powered by digital intellects, the raw power of psionics, fantastic loot, random mutations, there are a number of ways to obtain power in N.E.O. Earth.
  • For The GM – Guidance on running games of N.E.O. Earth along with GM pillars to help you run fun and engaging games.
  • Acid Mites, Gun Fighters and Chainsaw Bears, Oh My! – Aliens, robots, raiders, wizards and more. Over 50 potential allies or enemies for characters to interact with, and for the GM to use as sinister villains. Will the characters befriend or survive a dreaded chainsaw bear? Can they outsmart an A.I. Chosen? Dare they stand before an Atomic Angel?
  • Loot! – 50 different pieces of fantastic loot provide new ways to meet the challenges of N.E.O. Earth. GMs will have a number of items to reward players with, from laser guns, to magical rings, to alien parasites. Also 20 different rare cybernetics for those characters concerned about the weakness of their flesh.
  • Playtesters! – Thank you to the playtesters for providing hours upon hours of playtesting while I figured out what the final game would look like.
  • Human Made – All human made, artists paid, clip-art purchased, crazy ideas from my brain!
