I’d seen Dub War supporting New Model Army the previous December (GIG 191) and had really liked them. So the fact they were playing the Feet First Club at Camden Palace, and I had a guest pass for the club, meant it was a complete no-brainer for me to end up in Morning Crescent until the early hours of the morning, especially as I was taking time off from working so didn’t have to get up in the morning.

Dub War were fantastic live. There blend of metal, punk and reggae ( a blend the singer, Benji Webb, continued with Skindred) worked great and seeing them on a clubnight was pretty special.
