HOA is a suburban mystery tabletop roleplaying game for 4 players and 1 Gamemaster using a d12 pool system.

You play the officers of a homeowners association board in charge of a quaint neighborhood where every shrub is trimmed, every house is an approved shade of beige, and every neighbor is happy and friendly-it’s mandatory. As officers of the HOA board, it’s your job to deal with issues caused by the supernatural residents and their reality-bending abilities. You’ll need absolute power and absolute pettiness to put a stop to anyone disturbing the neighborhood peace.
