Of Coal & Corpses is a grim solo RPG set in the poisoned lands of County Kalabraya, a brutal stretch of Cruel Britannia where the old world has been carved open, burned, buried & sold by the cartload.
You play as a SCΛB: a desperate wanderer, labourer, outcast, sinner, survivor. Travelling across a bleak industrial hexcrawl in search of coal, relics, shelter, gold & whatever else can turn a profit from the Pits.
But the land is sick.
The mines are rotting from the inside out.
And something beneath the coalfields is watching.

You create a SCΛB, set out across County Kalabraya, travel hex by hex through a poisoned industrial landscape, and descend into the Pits in search of work, relics, coin, answers or survival.
The game uses procedures, tables, trackers, discoveries & consequences to build a campaign as you play.
