The darkness inside the mill was dense, but Aros could make out the moonlight through the cracks between the logs. He lay down on his blanket, and just as he did so, he froze. In the middle of the room a pale, human-like creature emerged from the darkness. The creature lowered its head and stared intently at him, lifting a finger to silently lay a curse on him.
