Welcome To The Spinward Marches!

These bulletins are inspired by the imaginative and engaging TNS reports from the original Journal Of The Travellers’ Aid Society, which helped introduce Travellers to the major events of the coreward/spinward areas of the Marches (and then the progress of the Fifth Frontier War). However, these new bulletins encompass the entire Spinward Marches, and have been written and playtested primarily for referees who will find them useful in the following ways:

• What could be happening at my players next stop?
• For new adventure or campaign inspiration.
• To provide useful background for a Traveller universe that’s alive and in motion.

What’s Inside For You!

Within, referees will find that the bulletins and headlines contain a wealth of useful details that will further enhance their players’ adventures. They are organized into 96 bulletins (6 per subsector), with each bulletin set to 001-1100 so it can be customized to exactly when you need it!

Each subsector contains bulletins on:

• Devious Megacorporations vying for greater market share and unrivaled power.
• The grit of smaller companies working to increase their trading opportunities and profit margins—wherever and however the deal can be made.
• Political machinations at all levels—from balkanized rivals and leaders with subsector ambitions to rival Dukes and Admirals with dreams of higher glory.
• The might of Imperial Forces (Navy, Army, Scouts) trying to protect the Imperium from external (and internal) threats, and of course the mercenary companies staying just within the law—but not always!
• Random Events (Ancients, nobles, starship designs, a wedding, lawsuits, trade conferences, pirates, a death-race, culinary delights, many of the major races—and several minor ones—scientists, discoveries, mysteries, and more!)
• News From Afar (the X-boats always deliver the news…eventually…so PC’s can find out what’s happened recently, a subsector or two away, to help keep the universe in motion and perhaps guide them towards the next stage of their journey).
