PocketQuest 2026 is DriveThruRPG’s 5th annual game jam. All the games must be standalone titles and 25 pages or less (inlcuding cover). This years theme is Time Travel.
Can you survive the Blasted Lands?
Um, well… no. No you can’t.
This game makes no sense. Surprisingly enough, that’s not a quote from a poorly paid reviewer sitting in their mothers basement, it’s a (rather proud) declaration from the writing team. They have worked hard to craft something that is only comprehensible in the most literal of senses. It’s like they looked at the idea of a Solo pick-your-path adventure and didn’t bother to take it seriously at all.
If you’re into well-made, balanced, tough-but-fair products, we recommend you go and buy something else. This one:
- Punishes you for playing properly.
- Makes fun of you when you cheat.
- Has exactly one happy ending. But honestly, it’s rubbish.
- Is probably the most fun you’ve had all week.
