Not so with Elena. Since she revealed herself in Dis, the City of Chains, she has freed slaves, restored life to the dead, purged the corrupt from the Cult of the New God, and caused endless trouble for the autarch Intonius. Just when people were ready to raise Elena up and make her their queen, she goes missing. It falls to the characters to find Astrid Reborn and take her to safety. If they find her, they might help change the world. If they fail, it could be the end of all hope.

Too Good to be True is a Shadow of the Demon Lord adventure written for expert characters. As part of the Orc Wars campaign, it functions as a sequel to the fourth installment, A Hell-Made Match. Even if you do not play through the Orc Wars campaign, the adventure offers a thrilling story with world-shaking ramifications!
