Scandalous Liaisons is a mini-campaign set in the city of Fioracitta, and ownership of the Fioracitta sourcebook is highly recommended. It provides the characters with a base of operations that also offers a lucrative income and connections with prominent guilds, business people, and those seeking to subvert the law. The mini-campaign covers smuggling, commercial espionage, magic, politics and murder.
