Having waited for years to see Front Line Assembly tour the UK I got to see them a second time in under a year (the first time was GIG 243) asthey were back in the UK, and back at the Astoria. This time round Godflesh were supporting.
Godflesh were ok, but didn’t ignite the stage the same way that the previous support bands (Sheep On Drugs and Cubanate) had done on the previous tour.
Front Line Assembly were, however, once again brilliant live. They were one of my favourite bands at the time (especially their 1992 album ‘Tactical Nueral Implant’) and still a band I continue to listen to.
