There seems to have been a whole bunch of bands called ‘The Unloved’ – none of which ever became famous so lived up to their name. I’m not sure which ‘Unloved’ I saw as I’ve narrowed it down to two – and it could have been the one I saw in a support slot at The Marquee (GIG 052) although I’d have thought they’d have been way too small even for Camden Palace (although I also thought they were terrible at The Marquee so maybe it was the same band), but really can’t remember anything about this band. All I have to go on is that I thought they were piss-poor (which may explain why they never ‘made it’).
