Going to see 100 Men was a bit of an accident. Not an ‘accident’ in a bad way, just not planned. I had popped down to The Marquee to pick up a ticket for the band playing the following night (Dare – GIG 023) and once I got there decided to hang around and see whatever was on that night too. That would turn out to be 100 Men.

100 Men are a London SKA band. Now I was never really into SKA but have to admit that this was quite an enjoyable gig. Neither of the supports set the world on fire but 100 Men was certainly a nice change from the usual fare of rock and goth bands I was used to seeing at the time.
