Temple of Jubilex

Fantasy Supplement by Kabuki Kaiser

Thirteen years after Ruins of the Undercity, the infinite random dungeon generator returns.

Temple of Jubilex is a DM-less random dungeon crawl engine for solo play, group play, and long, crooked campaigns spanning years, if you let them. Start with a sheet of grid paper. Roll. Connect. Descend. The place keeps breeding: rooms, corridors, pits, warped shrines, traps, plunder, weird magic, monsters, and filth.

Built on the Many Sought Adventure chassis, absurdly compatible with classic old-school fantasy games. Full stats. Low friction. Zero preciousness. Zero apologies.

This is us coming full circle. Bold layout. Handy rules. Meant to be hacked and remixed to death.

The sewer-slum sprawls beneath fallen Brinemurk, lean-tos, sinkholes, fungal towers, mafia barons, psycho shrooms, putrefied incense, all of it hanging on under clouds of sick green and bruised purple. Under it, through it, around it, the Temple of Jubilex gapes in black unhinged mouths choked with ivy and offal, too ripe not to enter, too ripe perhaps to survive. For this is Jubilex, ever and ever, demon lord of slimes, filth, pestilence, and final abasement, Pillar Unfallen, Wretch-King, Unmaker of Names.

Inside:

•  Brinemurk, the Soiled City, with its filth markets, sinkholes, factions, and human wreckage

•   Three new origins: Moffs, Mysfits, and Shroomlings

•  Procedural mapmaking, exploration, traps, and plunder

•  A gruesome monster manual’s worth of dungeon horrors

•  Troves of weird items, odd magic, and warped treasure

•  Enough material to sustain years of crawling, alone or with others

A dungeon engine.

A toolkit.

A salvage yard and a graveyard.

A solo machine that never runs out.

Temple of Jubilex is available through DriveThruRPG in PDF.
