Rankston is known by outsiders for the big city glitz and glamour of Tempo Plaza. But away from the flickering neon, residents are stacked up like vultures on a carcass, ripping scraps where we can take ‘em.

Mayor Baker and his rival Councilman Patterson sling mud at each other for the  pretense of political prestige, but the  real power is Commissioner  Kelly‘s alone. The Department enforces a warped “law and order” with short tempers and fast bullets. They use the violent mysteries that plague this city as impetus to incriminate anyone with the audacity to stand in their way.

Yet The Shiners work in the shadows to keep Kelly and his ruffians honest. We light a fire in the dark, investigating crimes undercover to ensure justice is served. To avoid the wrath of The Department, we have to move In Alleys Dark.

What is this game?

In Alleys Dark is a Push Powered game in which players are members of a secret guild of justice seekers in a greedy city where the worst crooks wear badges. In this One Shot Edition, you’ll need to rescue your leader, who has been framed and sentenced to execution.

In Alleys Dark game is also part of One Night Worlds, Volume 1.

What is One Night Worlds?

One Night Worlds is a collection of 6 Zero-prep, GM-less, one-page ttrpgs. With each of the included games you can learn the rules, create characters, and discover a whole new world with your friends, all in one night. Players are guided by a simple TTRPG rules system (Cezar Capacle’s PUSH SRD) that emphasizes collaborative storytelling and creates dramatic moments of risky choices.
