What if the real monsters were the heroes all along?

Frost and Fury is a hilarious and action-packed one-shot adventure where players take on the roles of four highly-specialized Kobolds, deeply devoted to their master, the young white dragon Cryonax.

This 3–4 hour adventure is designed for 4 players at level 3 and is compatible with 5E.

The Mission

Cryonax needs the legendary Hearthstone: an ancient artifact of immense thermal power, from the abandoned dwarven ruins of Khazad-Grom.

You, his most “capable” minions, must retrieve it.

The Protagonists

You’ll play one of the four unique pre-generated Kobolds:

• Krag “the Wall” (Barbarian): Enormous, loyal, and not exactly smart.
• Snikt “the Sneak” (Rogue): The paranoid master of tactical acquisition.
• Zap “the Spark” (Sorcerer): Theatrical, wild magic, and maybe a descendant of the dragon.
• Glurb “the Souper” (Druid): The heart of the group, cook, and purveyor of “mystery soup”.

Challenges Ahead

You must navigate treacherous terrain like the Bridge of Frozen Tears, outwit a band of self-righteous adventurers, and face a final, heartbreaking moral dilemma: blind obedience to your master, or the courage to forge your own destiny?.

A mix of dark humor and genuine emotional stakes, this one-shot gives the players a chance to be the heroes, or at least the protagonists, of their own story.
