An ICON surveillance team tasked with watching the Vitek crime family in Prague has disappeared. The agents need to discover what happened to the surveillance team and determine if the unidentified woman who just appeared on the scene has anything to do with their disappearance. The module also contains additional details for the Street Delivery and Deception specializations. In addition, the module contains a supplemental ruleset for running an expedited car chase. Lastly, the module contains information on how to use Solarian’s Minion system in your Top Secret game. The package also includes a separate supplement with mission complications to assist the Admin. Operation: Backfill can be played as a follow-on to Operation: Bull Market if the Vitek brothers were not killed during Operation: Bull Market.
