The Game Master (GM) creates a living, breathing universe filled with wonder, peril, and intrigue for the players to explore. The GM presents the challenges, conflicts, and mysteries that drive the story forward while portraying the many characters, factions, and forces the player’s characters encounter. Starships, cosmic anomalies, colourful personalities, hostile empires, and alien cultures spring to life through the Game Master’s imagination. It’s up to the players to figure out how to best deal with the GM’s challenges.

This is a supplement to the stand alone game Starship Adventures Player’s Handbook that was released in September 2025.
