A Classic Call of Cthulhu Scenario by Miskatonic Repository / Chaosium
The Island of Insanity is an adventure for Call of Cthulhu 7th edition, but easily adaptable for Pulp Cthulhu, loosely based on the classic horror short story The Call of Cthulhu, by H.P. Lovecraft. It’s a complete, standalone story with lots of handouts, maps and NPCs, playable in two or three sessions.
A recognized horror author goes missing, and along with him the manuscript to his next, much-awaited book. The author’s agent hires the PCs to investigate the disappearance, and if possible, retrieve the coveted manuscript.
