Introduction

‘Camp Carnage’ is a short adventure for a party of four 3rd level characters. Very little adaptation should be necessary to use in any campaign setting.

Adventure Background

Welcome to Camp Carry-On, where the thrills of summer meet the excitement of adventure! Nestled deep in a sun-dappled forest, this once-a-year retreat is a chance for heroes of all stripes to unwind, reconnect, and sharpen their skills. Campers arrive with promises of sun-soaked days filled with camaraderie, hands-on training in magical beast tracking, and the chance to pass along hard-won wisdom to the next generation. Here, adventurers can step away from their usual quests and delve into the lighter side of camp life, knowing they’ll leave with unforgettable memories and new friendships.

However, the idyllic setting soon takes a darker turn. Strange shadows creep through the forest at dusk, strange sounds disturb the nighttime air, and unease settles over the camp. It’s clear that something – or someone – has sinister intentions, and the once-safe grounds have become a hunting ground where campers are targeted one by one. With every new disappearance, the tension mounts, transforming Camp Carry-On from a peaceful escape into a place of terror. Panic begins to spread as campers realize they are no longer guests but prey, trapped in an increasingly dangerous game.
