BoL Supers? It can’t be done. Or can it? Watchdogs of Killcade is exactly that. Well, not exactly. The Watchdogs aren’t supers. But they have abilities beyond ordinaries. And they do go watch their neighbourhoods and go after the bad guys. Some of them maybe a bit too energetically; which means sometimes they break the law. But the laws are ridiculous; they are there just to protect the rich and the powerful. Talking of powerful, there are the Supes. They work for the Council of Killcade. Everyone loves them. Except those who know the truth about them…like the Watchdogs. But the Watchdogs are no match for the likes of Imperion. So best to lay low and bide your time. Help the little people because the authorities won’t. Eventually, it’ll work out.
Watchdogs of Killcade uses as its base the Barbarians of Lemuria Mythic+ system, with bits from Legendary as well as Everywhen and Dicey Tales. Plus a few other new twists to make it suit the genre. What’s the genre you ask? Well, it’s a little bit Sin City plus Gotham, a dash of Dark Knight and Punisher, with a smattering of The Boys. If all that appeals, then you might like to check this out.
