Fun Lovin’ Criminals rolled in to town on their 100% Colombian tour and Delphine, Keyvan and myself headed across the river to the Brixton Academy to catch them.
Due to work we missed the support act (not sure who that was) but we did arrive in plenty to get drinks and a good spot to see Huey and the boys.
There debut 1996 album, “Come Find Yourself”, propelled the band to fame with “Scooby Snacks” being the stand out track and highest charting single from the album. Their 1998 follow-up, “100% Colombian”, was their highest placed album at #3, and spawned another 3 top 30 singles here in the UK, further cementing their popularity.
They were good fun live, pretty much as I expected they would be.
